So I posted a couple times about how I have been pretty manic since I started Abilify beginning of November when my doc officially diagnosed me as BP. I have been on a huge high, can't sleep at all, spending mad money, not eating etc. so when I saw doc last week since I am on lowest dose of Abilify (2mg) and can't go any lower, he decided to lower my Luvox to bring down the mania. I went from 300mg to 200mg with the hopes of keeping me still happy and in a good place, but able to sleep and kill the shopping spree!

My doc warned I could come down fast so I see him again on 1/6 and I am coming down rather quick. I feel myself getting angry now because my "on top of the world" feeling is fading. Worse part is my sleep isn't any better, seems worse. I'm up constantly. I know I should stick it out but I am ready to up my Luvox again and say screw it! Ugggg... Anyone do this before?
