Well. Christmas is over. The kids got plenty of toys. I got a few things I liked.

I didn't feel much like celebrating. That being said, I then got hit with what I think was the flu (all the symptoms), but I'd had my flu shot so after about 48 hours I was feeling much better (but without having been checked idk if it was the flu). Then I discovered an infection in my lady bits (this happened to me post-labor with my last baby). So happy my doc friend was on call at my clinic (I don't regularly see her but I knew my regular doc wasn't on call). She called in an antibiotic and now I'm waiting for things to... er... resolve. Neither she nor my regular doc are in today so I'm taking the antibiotic and some left over pain pills from a year ago to get through. If it hasn't resolved by Monday, I'll go in.

Sorry if that's TMI. It's just really depressing and not something one can broadcast *sigh*
