Hello time ghost, welcome to Psych Central.
A few things come to mind.
Have you ever been shackled or restrained in the past? If so, this could be a flashback and part of PTSD.
Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) - Psych Central Anxiety can also make us imagine all sorts of uncomfortable sensations.

Or there could be a physical reason for this such as carpal tunnel syndrome.

If the sensation persists, please go and see your doctor.
