It is probably time to put the past behind you and concentrate on the future. Balancing meds, getting therapy, exercising, eating right, sleeping the right amounts that sort of thing.
I know that my mind drifts to the past and often wonder if I was ill or if it was just me. I'm learning to let it go...My divorce was not an easy process and there is probably much I could have done to prevent it...but I have found as I let go of the regrets and the bitterness towards my ex...I am finding myself moving in the right direction most times...
