im new to all of this having only been diagnosed the beginning of this year so i pretty much stick to the name i have gone by all my life. some of my alters have revealed their name and i can tell their energy when they are present but i know when t is talking to other alters and asking for names, they get frustrated about that. ??? it is like what do names matter? t keeps pushing though and i say the first name that pops in my head. i dont know if this is how alters reveal their names or not. i have one who is just a pirate. no name has been attached. he just has this pirate type energy and comes across as a pirate. we are coconscious so i just say the pirate is here and he says what he needs to say. i have read lots of stuff but have yet to come across anything that really explains alters for me to understand what is going on.
