As long as they stay away from me and don't expect me to change or care because of them, they can do whatever they want.
I grocery shop in the middle of the day in areas with a lot of seniors or late at night to avoid being near children and their parents in grocery stores. I would pay more money on airlines for child-free flights. I usually walk my dogs in the dark to avoid families in the park.I go to restaurants that cater to adults and do not allow children. I frequent the non-child friendly coffee shop and avoid the one with the play area. I try not to do any shopping on the weekend or right after school hours. I never support the local farmer market saturday because of the insane attempts at family fun. I do not knowingly go near anything labeled child or family friendly.
I do what I can to avoid them. I am not going to move off the sidewalk so people can drive their suv sized stroller wherever they want. I am not going to stop swearing/censor things because someone brought their kid into an adult venue. I am not going to let a parent expect to inconvenience me because they have children. Other people's children are not my problem or responsibility.
A great part about being a lesbian of my age group is that I was never around a bunch of people who had children nor wanted them.
