I have that delay often. Not just with personal information. Sometimes, it is about a topic some part of me has expertise in, but that part is not present and in front. I didn't realize this was happening until recently, yet now I understand that it has happened my whole life. That is why my performance on exams could be so variable, for example. Also, in conversation it can mess up flow and give and take.
