I know people who love their Keurigs. They never make coffee strong enough for my taste, but at least I can use my favorite coffee by using the reusable cups (for when I visit family who loves his).
I received a dedicated hot water machine as a present because of all the hot tea I drink in the winter. And I love it (I was skeptical at first but now it is great).
