Have you considered doing breathing meditation? It might help you relax. Here is a website I found that has some instructions. Free Guided Meditations | UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center

There are also apps for cell phones to help with this. I use Relax Now HD and I also use Buddhify. I also use progressive muscle relaxation for help going to sleep. I just listen and follow the suggestions and I'm usually asleep before the program finishes. There are also many videos on YouTube for practicing.
