There are also apps for cell phones to help with this. I use Relax Now HD and I also use Buddhify. I also use progressive muscle relaxation for help going to sleep. I just listen and follow the suggestions and I'm usually asleep before the program finishes. There are also many videos on YouTube for practicing.

Thanks for the suggestions and resources.
I really don't think anxiety is the issue for me not sleeping, it is just I don't want to sleep, just as much as I don't really want to do anything else. A lack of total will to do. I use to listen to ASMR for relaxation to go to sleep, but now just like a few minutes into such things I'm just like "I don't care." and close the videos.
Really I don't even want to get better anymore because of the apathy just consuming my mind.
