Haven't been on in a few days due to holidays and stuff but its good to see people are continuing to check in.
One of the things I got for Christmas is a candle wax melter, with some lavender scented wax and coconut. They are both very nice scents and I find them relaxing. I have also been drinking a lot of Chamomile tea.
Sometime during the week I'm going to start a food and exercise journal, I think that would be very helpful for me to keep me on track
