Had the flu over the weekend which knocked me sideways. Should have tried to do some yoga but just wanted to stay in bed. Did some meditation and breathing exercises which sorted me out a bit, but back to form today, so will do a session. Not going to do a physical workout though. Too fragile for that. [emoji40] No point in rushing things and leaving yourself run down. Counterproductive.
