i haven't cut today. i'm waiting for a call from a duty worker from my psych clinic and then we will have a crisis meeting. i'm with my parents and the unspoken phrase is 'psych unit'. if push comes to shove, i will have to go in. but i will take my laptop with me and be on PC a lot.
