Our NHS system is woefully inadequate when it comes to mental health

It also is a postcode lottery - so depending on where you live, what is available will be different. There are sometimes ways and means of accessing the right help, but you need energy, confidence and resources in the first place to be able to set the ball rolling. So of course it is the most vulnerable, the people with none of these things, who get shat on from a height and wind up with no help. I love the NHS but it does suck big time when it comes to mental health.
