I haven't been on the forum for a week, my depression hit a low and I felt so lonely over the Christmas period.
My sister decided to send me nasty texts and a letter. I don't speak to any of my family due to the physical and emotional abuse I suffered and still suffer today. I don't have any friends, they got fed up with my mental health issues.
Even though I've done nothing but sleep the past 8 days, I feel so drained and tired.
