Yes, the 1/2 cranberry and 1/2 soda is a standard for me. I can't say that I really like warm tea and especially not the flavored stuff. I have been making some decaf iced tea--that seems to cut the urge to constantly consume the diet coke. The hardest part is the coffee in the morning...
I'll get there, its just going to take some practice. I see my doc this Thursday and he is expecting a good report. If I am not considerably better, he plans on running some tests. So, I have like 4 days to heal myself...I have been working at it for a couple weeks.
