Notice that if you really decided to sleep in, you could enjoy sleeping in, and if you really decided to get up, you could get up. You're stuck in the middle, unable to decide, with the reasons why you should get up running through your head. It may seem incidental, but I really think that this inability to decide is actually very close to the core of depression. See

When someone says something like this in a chat room, I sometimes use my Ironic Drill Sargent persona. I would say stuff like this:
DROP YOUR PHONE AND GET OUT OF BED RIGHT NOW MAGGOT!!
DROP DOWN AND GIVE ME 10 PUSH-UPS RIGHT NOW!!!!!
