This yr has been bad for me. I had a panic attack at my pharmacy picking up anti anxiety meds. I got super jumpy and paranoid and in utter distress I almost cried. Had to see T after for my appt.

Panicked in an elevator at work cuz there were too many and some ppl were really big and I was pushed to the back. I'm claustrophobic too which made it even worse.
