You might want to check in with your pdoc/tdoc-also having some type of counseling/therapy with your fiance' would probably be helpful. Finding the right balance of meds can be tricky & it helps to have a good diet & get plenty of exercise (which you & your fiance' could do together). Remember you are not alone-many of us are dealing with these types of issues-the choice to take meds is yours. I have been off meds & done well for while then things got bad & I made the decision to go back on them. I also believe in having positive supportive people in your life-for me it makes a huge difference. Please take care & keep posting here to let us know how you are doing.
