I'm the same way most of the times. as well as this, i also have some issues with constant eating; not only i don't feel full after huge meals , i 'm actually always eating ,even when i'm not hungry.it's really bad.it might sound silly to others but to me it's really serious .
i've noticed that occasionally(very rarely) when i'm busy doing something that i really enjoy, something that keeps my mind occupied , all these problems disappear.
