I'm right there with you!!!! Most of my anger is hurt from being abandoned. I see a therapist once every two weeks and we are working on sorting out those feelings. I use to not be able to even say I was hurt, it was always just I'm angry or pissed. So it's great that we can actually identify our emotions instead of categorizing them into just one!!!
