Have you ever been challenged and once you have finally had to courage to do so its like you have been set up.

This happened a few years back.
Challenge to take my shirt off at my weekly cardio session. Challenge set by a on-line friend who knows I'm athletic and was surprised to hear that i don't. She's a normie who doesn't understand why it would be hard to do when im so fit. (better clear this up just in case... I'm a guy)

I spoke to my psych about it and was told maybe you should accept the challenge. Took me a few weeks to get the courage up.

Where I do my weekly cardio is at the side of a hill that has a set of steps that descends 45 meters which i do constantly for 30+minutes. Its fairly popular although i go late into the evening to cut down on crowds.

Doing my warm up and stretching i just couldn't find the right time to take my shirt off, felt like it was going to be the ignition to unwanted attention. So plan b was hatched - take my shirt off at my car and walk back commencing my training as soon as possible without making any eye contact.

Anyway shirts off lock the car took a few steps when I was faced with two lady's walking towards me looking straight at me and then looked up at my face and smiled. The way they looked at me was as if it was scripted like i was set up. (i know its not possible)... Even i found it comical.

They say it gets better. well I guess that it might.
But even when it’s better, it’s never alright.
