Yes, I get anxious sometimes without real cause. Or I imagine things, but things I'm worried about now are real. Mixed though with even stronger anxiety about things I don't know. I have no idea now how to manage it. I've gone back to smoking but that doesn't help it, it is only temporary relief. I also get on here (way too much lately, but it is a holiday).. and type away my runaway thoughts. I've learned dbt mindfulness, a little, but sometimes that doesn't work either. You can look up dbt online as well.
