We all have our own names, people outside my head know me as my born name or the chort if it; Lilly. My alters call me Paradox. The name came from the dominant one, D. She said that since we are all so different from I (I = me) it makes us all be a paradox. To seem the same but not actually been the same.
Only my fiance knows this "calling" from my alters, since he has learned to identify us. We are all conscious to keep our life hidden from others, so we all respond to MY name. (I will like my real name to remain private).
