How would one know if they are anandamide deficient?

I experimented with sativa-dominiant cannabis strains very high in THC and they did not at all help with depression. Made it worse I think. Some people say it helps. I can see it for anxiety.

Here is a study on anandamide deficiency and anxiety.

underlying clinical endocannabinoid deficiency that may be suitably treated
with cannabinoid medicines.
I can't find any studies related to depression. It may be CBD that has benefits and not THC. I don't think it is known for sure.
