I had just finished a movie and was getting up to get ready for bed. I felt tingles like tendrils of electricity in my right hand and then a really strange sensation of having thread or a string in my mouth. Then an odd dizziness. For some reason I suddenly felt very mortal My first thought was that I'd better lie down quickly. I did but then I thought I'd better feed my cats and put out some food for the outside kitties. By this time I realized I was having difficulty seeing which for me is the first sign of a migraine. I finished feeding the cats and went to bed. Now I was having the squiggly flashing lights things going on. That's when I realized that I was having some pretty extreme anxiety. I hadn't taken a clonazepam in a while so I took one and tried to listen to music and lose myself in that special place I can sometimes get to while I waited for the clonazepam to have some effect. I'm wondering if the migraine symptoms may have somehow found a short circuit and somehow caused those odd sensations in my hand and mouth.
