Hi palerefraction, I'd say you want to count yourself REAL fortunate you never did end up dating this "person"!!! I can't imagine you (anyone!) being in a good and productive mood that much if you were!!!
So, hey, try hold onto, and make the most of that mood now, yes??
If they'd got their way and dated you...........
Let's say their "problems" are way bigger than yours, and please try not to let their comments bring you down. They really aren't worth your time/attention.
