Thanks for the concern guys. I just saw my doc last week. Stroke did cross my mind Pegs so you did hit on the source of the anxiety That is so not the way I want my life to end. The thought of being mentally and/or physically incapacitated is abhorrent to me. The absolute worst thing that could happen. Now, I am not a doctor but I don't think I'm really what you'd call at risk for a catastrophic vascular event. I don't eat the types of food that would contribute and my blood pressure runs on the low side.
It may be just coincidence that I got a migraine just after this happened but it has possible connections. The good news is that I was able to keep a handle on the anxiety and I think I fell asleep before the clonazepam even had a chance to kick in. It was just a .5mg pill so it would have only taken the edge off anyway. And I slept and had my usual epic dreams Still having some vision glitches and a little headache but that's typical for a morning after migraine.
