Hey all!
I'm new to the forum so hopefully I am doing this right. About 2 years ago I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder. I was placed on celexa and a beta blocker that I don't remember the name of. It worked, in my opinion. About 6 months ago, my provider switched me to Zoloft because of cost and availability. It was terrible for me and I went to a different provider who put me back on celexa.
The new provider had to get my history before she would give any meds. So after a couple of sessions, she says I think you are Bipolar type 2. I had described some episodes of what she called hypomania. Anyway, back on the med and doing great. Less anxiety, more consistent mood or what I would describe as being content.
My question: at work I swear I was hearing music when I know that music shouldn't be playing. Is that something that comes with Bipolar? Or is it the med?
