It was terrible for me and I went to a different provider who put me back on celexa.
The new provider had to get my history before she would give any meds. So after a couple of sessions, she says I think you are Bipolar type 2. I had described some episodes of what she called hypomania. Anyway, back on the med and doing great. Less anxiety, more consistent mood or what I would describe as being content.
My question: at work I swear I was hearing music when I know that music shouldn't be playing. Is that something that comes with Bipolar? Or is it the med?

No it's definitely the bipolar! I can't tell you how many times I have walked in the living room to shut off the t.v. only to find it off. Or how many times I searched the house looking for a radio or other musical source only to find the house quiet. It was very disturbing at first but now most of the time I put the radio or something on and it usually works at shutting down the voices in my head. The reason I am so positive it's the bipolar is becuz I was hearing the music long before I was diagnosed. I don't have any words of wisdom, or even any practical advice, sorry. All I know is they're real.
