I didn't really elaborate but switching to Fetzima I just assumed I would have the sexual side effects. At this point the long term sexual side effects had gotten bad. It took about four months on Fetzima but to my surprise I returned to normal. So for me Fetzima doesn't cause them and they are reversible which was a huge relief. If you respond well to SSNRI's then you may want to look at Fetzima, a new SSNRI.
