hey. i find the same thing too. often it is in the nutting it out afterwards that i make the best insights into what is going on for me. often it is in writing a post about how i don't know what is going on... and by the time i've got to the end of it i've figured it out.

part of it is human nature, i think. i think that it is something that gets better with practice, though. especially as (over time) we get to know ourself better.

thats cool that you want to try and figure things out with her in session :-)

but don't underestimate the value of the work that you do afterwards too :-)
