I'm no expert but..hey if this is all good and healthy. Being bi-polar can't always be bad.(check you're humour journal, check for warning signs of a rising hypomania..) Well then just enjoy the fact that you're are in a good phase and make the best of it. Take the time to do all the things that can be hard to do when you're not feeling well (but don't over do it), enjoy time with those you love.
