Hi, all depends why the doc gave you this. I take this 1 or 2 : 25mg PRN to help me sleep. I tried taking it at other dosages before to stabilize my mood but I became a zombie with it. I find it does help me to come down if I'm hypo. After reading different post, on this forum and on others. I found that this can be a good medication for some and for others it's not So best thing is to give it a try. Good luck
