I was using the Optimism app for my iPad, but I found when I feel better I quit tracking my moods so I decided to use the DayOne app and just journal about my day and my moods. I use tags to keep track of moods, medication changes, etc. The only thing it doesn't have is graphs and they would be helpful. I've been doing much better and consistanly keeping track of my moods through journalling than I was using a mood app, but I will look into iMoodJournal and see if it looks like something I would use consistently. Thanks for the info.
