I KNOW I need to be keeping a mood journal but just haven't found the energy to start yet (new to this disorder and the meds and therapy). I don't have a smart phone and pen and paper seem like a hassle......but I think I don't yet mostly because I am still in the 'ignore' phase.
My old phone is about to go kaput, so maybe I can get a smart phone and start using one of the apps. Thanks for bringing it to my attention!
