Hi Kaneloveszoe, so sorry to hear you are upset by your dreams. I have them myself but decades later I am still alive.
it brings to mind the Mark Twain quote (he had all kinds of people predicting or even reporting his death)
"The reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated." - Mark Twain quotes from BrainyQuote.com.
I don't mean to make light of your anxiety, it is my anxiety that is amusing. I have feared dying young all my life. None of those fears have come true. It was more like fearing to live life and accept whatever happened to me.
So I think you will live longer. You are a trainer for Psychiatric ICU. You may have endured very scary things, but even if we could see the hour of our death, what could we do about it. Start living in the now? Well that is all we can ever do with our lives. So if you will die in a year or 80 years, my advice to me and you and everyone is live in the now.
I am sure you help many people. You may have challenges - dreams express our own fears.
I partly agree, the best source of peace is to ACCEPT dying, without fear or anxiety as part of life. I hope you are better than me, because I am still working on that equanimity.
