Thanks you alway give good advice.i ve noticed you responded to a couple of my post i should add you as a friend.At least i know that im not alone.i just have to work on my worrying. It just take practice thats all.my therapist suggested that i join a support goup so i wont feel like im the only one that have these symptoms.
It seems when i write my worries down and solve them i somehow ,end up.worrying again. Ita just a habit. Ive had Gad my whole life.im working on it though.ive prayed about ,went to therapy and take medication on an as needed basis .i just wanna get confident with having anxiety and be able to.dismiss the worry when something pops in my mind.
