So my mom made me an appointment with a psychiatrist to test my anxiety and possibly get medication if it's bad enough, which I think it is because it's causeing me physical pain in my side and stomach now. I've never seen a psychiatrist before and I'm really anxious and scared, what's it like? I more so deal with social anxiety than general and talking to people is reeeeally hard for me.
