Other symptoms: constant lower level depression, flattening of mood, suppression of emotions, inability to enjoy life, general dulling down of senses. This may sound impossible but it's true. I'm unable to cry, no matter how much I want or need to, and the last time I was actually able to cry was in the mid-1970s. No lie.
