I've only had a few of these kinds of dreams where teeth are falling out. It was always very vivid and when I woke up I could still clearly feel how the teeth were wobbly or loose in my mouth. Creepy feeling.
And as mentioned, stress was the cause of these dreams. So I think if you get anxiety about communicating with the opposite sex or if it is something that bothers you quite a bit, then I would say that is the reason for it.
