NEVER apologize for too many posts......that's what we are all here for.....deep inside beyond all the bad feelings and the voices of abusers....there is an intrinsic truth that you are an awesome, worthy human being who adds value to this world and deserves peace and happiness....dig down until you can at least smell that truth and let it soak through you're whole being. I am so sorry that you are being bombarded by so many triggers. Keep posting....
