no i been a fighting about this subject for the last 2 years as i waited for them to get the dang rules in place so a person can go to a doctor and get a card legally .....it is legal but they have not put any rules up so ppl can fallow to do it legally and they should have been out 4 different times but they stall the vote 3 times in 2014 1 in 2013 ....they had their 18 months to do it

i wrote something before and it was deleted because pretty angry .......i am tried of ppl spread fear with out the info about it and when u do confront them with hard facts that disprove what they were saying ....they do a whatever or agree to disagree and they keep spreading fear about something they refuse to learn about ......feels like banging head on brickwall ....i know i am crazy keep repeating the same action excepting to see a different effect "albert enstine"
