I feel like you were probably just chosen randomly by the computer a lot like they do for a lot of their income tax audits. A computer probably just spits out the forms already addressed and ready to mail. I wouldn't worry about it. I'm sure you didn't do anything wrong, however, I can understand your anxiety when you received it.
