Takes a lot of courage to confess to something like that, May I say though?...I used to own the questionable things I did but its healthier to say ' I lied' or 'I was proud' or 'I stole a pen', rather than |I AM a liar, I AM proud, I AM a thief.

Don't make your mistakes ( which we all make) part of your soul garment which is beautiful.

Once you confess sincerely you can ask for the grace to not lie in the future...I'm sure you'll have more battles regarding lying. Often these temptations come so we can overcome and ultimately embrace something better. God bless.
