I don't even know yet. I think baby steps work best for me because big changes to my daily life kind of freak me out. I started out by just buying healthier options at the grocery store. More food I had to actually prepare instead of just popping it in the microwave. Less snacks. No soda. Lots of bottled water. Greens. The whole works.
I went on a binge the other night and ate like 6 clementines! LOL! That was my sugar intake for the day, or maybe the week! But at least it wasn't 6 cookies.
