Your school work schedule sounds daunting to say the least. Are you taking too many classes? Is there a way that you can cut your work load? Sleep is very important for your health as you know. You have to take care of yourself. Some time has to be used to eat well, sleep well and do the necessary things to stay healthy or you won't be able to get the benefits out of school.
