I am surprised that you have not sought medical attention since this started a few months ago. I can't tell you if you are having a seizure or not. If your body does anything like you say then I would definately call your doctor right away. Some meds can cause your muscles to contact when used long term but shaking is not normal. It could be a metabolic problem as well. Hope you seek help and best wishes.
