some people get exercise induced anxiety. Not really a problem with me, but it would be awful for me because I love to exercise. I agree that it's commendable that you're still getting out and doing it. Consider it maybe a type of exposure therapy?

Another option is perhaps interspersing running with yoga, tai chi, or swimming, something with smooth motions that may help you feel a little steadier?
