I'm with jacky. I wouldn't disclose. It would just open up a whole new can of worms that I don't think you want to deal with. I would only tell if it really becomes an issue and you can't get your work done. If you are able to function at a fairly high level, I would just leave the issue alone. Good luck and congrats!
